Experience
All of our security personnel are selected from teams of combat trained naval commandos. They possess extensive operational experience in fighting and securing vessels; with an emphasis on combating terrorism. They are then screened for their ability to seamlessly integrate their military qualities to a civilian shipping operation.
Team Structure
Our S.F. Naval teams are organic, have worked and trained together extensively and have achieved high synergy and simultaneity. The structure of our teams is modular and evolves according to job specifications. Heading each team is a Team Commander who is a former marine commando officer with extensive experience commanding and successfully completing comprehensive and complex marine operations. Embedded with the teams are combat medics and paramedics.

Team Capability
Working to protect our clients involves lengthy hours that require having to be at maximum levels of alertness, as our crew never knows when or if it will have to act. This requires exceptional training, character, concentration and the ability to act instinctively when required. These traits are found in few and developed in even fewer. To maintain these qualities, our teams train regularly during the year and are required to pass competency tests and hone their skills when not on active duty, including routine fitness training, shooting practices and Krav Maga.
However, it is not just the physical and mental character of our staff that is of utmost importance. Honesty and integrity are an intimate part of the APD corporate culture. As representatives of APD, all our team members must abide by these standards. Consequently, before joining our team, we perform background and criminal checks on potential staff to guarantee our high personnel standards.
